Video: Connect AI assistants with MCP

Connecting Brief to your AI assistant, then closing a commitment from inside it

Most of my day happens inside an AI assistant, and it starts every session knowing nothing about my work. What we decided yesterday, what I promised and to whom, none of it is there. So the session begins with me pasting my own context in before the tool can be any use to me.

In this one I connect Brief to it as a custom connector. One address, no API key, and I approve what it is allowed to see. Then I work a real day from inside it. What moved overnight, including the decisions the team made and held as decisions. What to pick up next, sorted into an order rather than handed back as a list. Then I tell it a report went out, and Brief marks the commitment done from an app that is not Brief. The context travels, and so does the record.
